Trademark violations and Facebook

What I know about defending a trademark and wrote yesterday is irrelevant to Facebook apparently. Not surprising since anything except getting rich seems to be outside the Facebook sphere.

My sympathy to those whose stories you can read in the following link. I am not surprised, as this company seems to have only one real core value, growing the net worth and celebrity of it's founder. If you have a valuable account on Facebook, someone will notice. Someone will decide you are a target. Someone may also pirate it away. Do you have a plan B?
