Irony in the Ocean

OK, this is a bit off topic, but it does relate to one of my favorite destinations, and technology. It also may relate to a snafu in how Transocean measures the severity of accidents. They may have a 1-5 measuring system for accidents, in which 5 is "a person dies", thinking that is about as bad as it can get.
