When a company takes the time to read and respond to anything published about it on the internet, and does so respectfully, I am impressed. My account of a visit to B&H' store in NYC was published here. Henry Posner at B&H took the time to send a comment in reply.
I have used B&H online, and it worked well. Functional website, fast delivery, fair pricing.
My estimation of the company went up a notch since Mr. Posner responded to my post. Good work on his part.
