Now I Really Want This App to Work! Some businesses just get it. I had a tweet from FLUD thanking me for an objective review and pledging to improve.
A few businesses have read my tweets or reviews and responded immediately. Hilton did and switched me from Marriott, who is also good at responding on an individual basis. But this is about FLUD.
I had moved it to a holding area on my iPhone, App Purgatory. After their response to my review, FLUD is back on page two, where I keep apps in trial. I expect the speed and stability will soon be resolved. But the real hurdle for my use will be making the sharing on email as pretty as the primary interface. To be continued...
