The Finished Blog- a Favicon to Represent

If you want to get rid of the orange B that identifies your blog as a Blogger blog, there are simple scripts on the web to help.  They are all the same.  I have found them easy to do, but the result is not apparent.  But I learned a few things.  Make the jump to find out what, and see the ExecHobo hat.



1- the .ico file format can't be uploaded to any of my 3 photo hosting sites- a conspiracy?
2- editing HTML makes me nervous
3- Photobucket, a photo host site I used a lot some time ago?  It now sucks.  Slow, and they have a really really annoying ad play while you wait for the upload.  My anxiety is now anger.
4- the more I mess with it, the more I have to get rid of that "B"
6- two words play through my mind:  "Wordpress, GoDaddy..."
